The registration fee covers the costs associated with your extended initial appointment and the administrative tasks that go into establishing care. 

The short answer is that insurance doesn't recognize membership models of care, which, we think, offer the most comprehensive treatment. Using insurance increases barriers to care, the chance of data breaches, and bureacrats reading your progress notes. 

Yes, you can change plans at anytime. Changing from Essential to Premium happens immediately while going from Premier to Essential happens at your next billing cycle. 

Extra appointments are $150 each. Most members use fewer than 15 annual appointments and won't need extra.

Sensible has partnered with St. Paul Corner Drug, an independent pharmacy with 100 years of experience. After developing a treatment plan, the psychiatric provider will order generic medications to the pharmacy. Within a few days, you'll receive the medications on your doorstep (picking up medications in St. Paul is also an option). The cost of medications will passed through from the pharmacy to you via your monthly Sensible invoices.

Many generic psychiatric medications prescribed by Sensible providers are part of the Premier concierge program. Notable exclusions are brand medications and stimulant medications. Excluded medications may be used in your treatment, but they would not be billed through Sensible. The formulary with estimated prices is found here. 

Healthcare collaboration is lacking, and Sensible wants to fix this. We can join you virtually at your other mental health or medical appointments once per month for up to one hour.
